It has been quite some time since Florida has seen a 3day, weekend long, import drag racing festival. We now have a worthy track in the world class Palm Beach International Race Way. We still have the sketchy weather! All we need now is a headliner to Race AND Perform! What could be better than a world class Recording Artist piloting his very own Outlaw Class drag car down the 1320? How about some of the worlds fastest imports to race against and some of the hottest hispanic acts to share the stage with! Don Omar brought his speed and style to Palm Beach for the Don Omar Presents : DragMania 2013. Come along with KWCworld as we bring you the sights from Sunday – Day3 of the festival.
The festival was quite the success with an event filled saturday consisting of Qualifying, a Car Show hosted by the folks at Bizspeed and a live concert featuring Don Omar and special guest Natti Natasha and Syko! Sunday the fun continued as the worlds fastest imports battled it out Heads Up style in the Outlaw Quick 16 as well as FWD and Bracket classes. Another concert ensued featuring Arcangel and Plan B, as well others, as the night fell with music and entertainment complimenting the blazing speed of world famous imports. Big names turned out to fight for the glory and prize money such as the Rosado Celica, the Major League RX8, Danitza Starlet, La Calabaza, Rafaelito RX8, Hard Target 1.8, Kilo Racing, PSI Racing and local favorites Big Daddy Performance 240SX, Neil Auto Works 240SX and M-Unit Ae86’s. A shout out goes out to our friends at Drag International for the 150mph save after a blown engine on the R32 GTR – Nice save Larry!
